We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales and client engagement team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, conducting client meetings, and driving revenue through property sales and leasing services.
Generate leads through various channels including online platforms, field visits, and client referrals.
Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure business continuity.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable real estate solutions.
Coordinate with property developers, brokers, and internal teams for property listings and closures.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and follow-up documents.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Keep updated with real estate market trends, competition, and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in real estate.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Possession of a four-wheeler is mandatory (with valid driving license).
Willingness to travel within the assigned region for client meetings and site visits.
