Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales and client engagement team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, conducting client meetings, and driving revenue through property sales and leasing services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various channels including online platforms, field visits, and client referrals.

  • Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective clients.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure business continuity.

  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable real estate solutions.

  • Coordinate with property developers, brokers, and internal teams for property listings and closures.

  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and follow-up documents.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

  • Keep updated with real estate market trends, competition, and best practices.


Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in real estate.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Possession of a four-wheeler is mandatory (with valid driving license).

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region for client meetings and site visits.
