Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy Sales Intern with a background in Polymer Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Sales & Business Development. You will support our sales team in bridging the gap between specialty silicone technology and industrial applications in the EV, Automotive, and Electronics sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Research and identify potential new accounts in high-growth industrial sectors.
Technical Support: Assist in analyzing client requirements and recommending specific silicone grades.
Market Research: Monitor competitor trends and identify new application opportunities for WACKER products.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate data logs and assist in preparing sales forecasts.
Client Engagement: Support senior executives during technical trials and product demonstrations.
Candidate Profile
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA, B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Polymer or Chemical Engineering.
Skills: Strong communication skills and a "solution-oriented" mindset.
Attributes: Eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment and capable of translating technical specs into business value.
Internship Details
Duration: 3 Months (Potential for PPO based on performance).
Stipend: 20,000 per month.
Exposure: Direct mentorship from industry veterans and exposure to global manufacturing standards.
