Roles and Responsibility :
Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to convert into clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain and update CRM/database with client interactions and sales progress
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
Support and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Handle client queries, negotiations, and closures professionally
Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales activities and pipeline
Qualification:
Graduate in BBA / B.Com / BMS / MBA (Marketing preferred)
Requirements:
1–3 years experience in Marketing / Sales / Business Development
Good communication & negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office & digital marketing
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Immediate joiners preferred
