Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management:

• Manage customer interactions, ensuring excellent service and prompt resolution of inquiries.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to foster long-term engagement.

• Keep customers informed about new products and updates, increasing overall satisfaction.

Sales & Business Expansion:

• Upsell and cross-sell relevant healthcare and insurance services to expand the customer base.

• Conduct business reviews using CRM insights, identifying areas for improvement.

• Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance service value.

Market Strategy & Competition Analysis:

• Stay updated on market trends and competitor strategies, adjusting CRM initiatives accordingly.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine customer engagement strategies.

Operational & Compliance Management:

• Ensure all customer interactions and sales processes adhere to industry regulations.

• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM software, maintaining structured data management.

Performance & Incentives:

• Work towards achieving sales targets and performance-linked incentives (PLI).

• Provide feedback to managers regarding customer trends, sales challenges, and potential growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Certifications or training in sales, CRM, or insurance are advantageous.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in tele-sales, preferably in insurance, healthcare, or financial services.

• Experience with CRM-based customer engagement and retention strategies.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English) for professional interactions.

• Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to manage customer relationships efficiently.

• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Self-motivated and goal-driven with proven ability to meet sales targets.
