Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential wholesale and distributor clients for Export purposes.
Build and maintain a pipeline of new prospects via phone and in‑person outreach.
Cold Calling & Follow‑Up:
Initiate 40–50 outbound calls daily to introduce our product range.
Schedule on‑site meetings and demos with prospective clients.
Maintain follow‑up cadence to convert leads into orders.
Sales Support:
Prepare simple, clear product brochures and quotation documents (Word/Excel).
Coordinate sample dispatches and track delivery.
Office Assistance:
Answer and route incoming sales calls.
Assist with order entry, invoicing, and dispatch coordination.
Reporting:
Provide weekly progress reports—number of calls made, meetings scheduled, orders secured.
Education: Graduate preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years in tele‑sales, field sales, or business development (B2B preferred).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English/Hindi.
Personality Traits:
Confident, persuasive, and resilient to rejection.
Highly organized with strong follow‑through.
Comfortable working in a small‑team environment without relying on CRM software.
Technical:
Proficient with basic office tools (Word, Excel, phone systems).
No specialized software or CRM required.
