Role Overview
We are hiring Business Development Associates to handle sales for both our online and offline professional courses. This is a high-performance sales role involving daily outbound calling, lead follow-ups, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Make 120–150 outbound calls per day to potential leads.
Pitch course details effectively, handle objections, and close enrollments.
Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate sales records.
Consistently achieve sales targets.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (telecalling, field sales, or inside sales).
Freshers may also apply if confident and passionate about sales.
Fluency in Tamil is mandatory (spoken + reading preferred).
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable in a high-calling, target-driven environment.
