We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven business development executive to generate leads, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to convert prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, social media, references, and field visits
• Contact potential clients and understand their requirements
• Schedule meetings (virtual/office visit) for the sales team
• Present company services and explain the value proposition to clients
• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a strong pipeline
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for conversions
• Maintain daily reports of calls, leads, and meetings
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
Requirements
• 0–3 years experience in sales / business development / field sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident in cold calling and lead generation
• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office is a plus
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
