Job Description

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research and identify potential clients through various channels (calls, emails, social media, networking).

  • Maintain and update a lead database to ensure consistent follow-ups.

2. Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Reach out to prospects to understand their needs and pitch relevant products/services.

  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and consultations.

  • Convert qualified leads into paying clients and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

3. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

  • Provide post-sales support and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

4. Market Research

  • Understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer behavior.

  • Provide insights to the leadership team to enhance sales strategies and product positioning.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM systems.

  • Track pipeline progress, conversion rates, and key performance metrics.
