Skill Ladders is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Identify, approach, and convert potential clients to generate leads and drive business growth.
Present and promote products or services to prospective customers through calls, meetings, and presentations.
Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Prepare and deliver customized sales pitches according to client requirements.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare reports on sales performance and client feedback for management review.
Minimum qualification: Graduation
Experience: Freshers to 2 years (sales experience preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Passion for sales and customer engagement
