Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience in the printing and packaging industry. You will identify new market opportunities, secure corporate clients, and drive revenue growth for our customized packaging and commercial printing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and target prospective B2B corporate clients.
Client Acquisition: Pitch packaging solutions to FMCG, pharma, and retail brands.
Requirement Gathering: Collect precise technical specifications for printing and structural design.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong bonds with existing clients for repeat business.
Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, material trends, and industry innovations.
Sales Pipeline: Manage the entire sales cycle from cold calling to closure.
Cross-functional Coordination: Work with design and production teams to deliver samples.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 2 to 5 years in printing, flexible packaging, or cartons.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Packaging Technology.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of GSM, structural design, and printing processes.
Communication: Strong negotiation and presentation skills in English and local languages.
Mobility: Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and factory visits.
Tools: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
