Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to promote hospitality and resort membership packages, generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
Explain resort membership plans and hospitality services to prospective customers.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Schedule and attend customer meetings.
Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into memberships.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the operations and customer service teams for smooth onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in the CRM.
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.

Preferred Candidates
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Experience in resort membership or hospitality sales is an advantage.
