We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support the company’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through various channels
Contact prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings
Understand customer requirements and present appropriate solutions
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and client onboarding
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Analyze market trends and competitor activity
Job Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HVAC Sales / Business Development.
B.E/B.Tech Mechanical is preferred but not mandatory.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong networking and customer-first approach.
