Job Summary
Bloom IT Solutions is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our sales team by generating leads and coordinating meetings with potential clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate potential leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Reach out to prospects and introduce company services.
Schedule and arrange Google Meet meetings• between prospects and the Manager.
• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM or internal tracking sheet.
• Follow up with prospects and ensure meeting confirmations.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly activity reports.
Coordinate closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM)•.
• Report lead status and progress regularly to the BDM.
Requirements
• 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (Freshers can apply).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Meet.
• Ability to handle lead generation and follow-up activities.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to learn.
Salary & Incentives
• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on performance)
Working Hours
• Office Time: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days
• Monday – Friday: Full Working Day
• 1st & 3rd Saturday: Half Day
• 2nd & 4th Saturday: Holiday
• 1 Additional Leave per Month
