Key Responsibilities


  • Identify, prospect, and approach potential real estate clients including developers, builders, and agents.
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Present and promote LeadBuddy.in's digital marketing and lead generation solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions and proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets related to client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Prepare sales reports and share client feedback with management.

Job Requirements


  • Graduate in any discipline or 12th pass willl be considered (only with exceptional convincing skills.)
  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or related roles.
  • Experience in Real Estate, Digital Marketing, Advertising, SaaS, or Service Sales will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
