Job Overview

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Business Development Associates to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring restaurant clients and helping them onboard their businesses on platforms such as Swiggy and Zomato.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential restaurant and food business owners.

• Generate leads through calling, WhatsApp, and other sales channels.

• Explain NexaFood’s onboarding services, pricing, and benefits to clients.

• Convert leads into paid customers and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Assist restaurants with Swiggy and Zomato onboarding.

• Coordinate for FSSAI documentation and other required documents.

• Follow up regularly with prospective and existing clients.

• Maintain accurate daily sales and follow-up reports.

• Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.

• Coordinate with Team Leaders and internal teams for smooth onboarding.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

• Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
