We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The BDE will play a key role in generating sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth in the EdTech sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calls, leads, and referrals.
Present and promote Bilivin Education’s products and services to prospective clients.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets (calls, connected duration, conversions).
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Maintain records of sales activity, pipeline, and client communication in CRM tools.
Participate in sales training, team reviews, and strategy meetings.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in Sales/Marketing.
Proven experience in EdTech sales or telesales will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good negotiation and convincing skills.
