Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The BDE will play a key role in generating sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth in the EdTech sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calls, leads, and referrals.

  • Present and promote Bilivin Education’s products and services to prospective clients.

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets (calls, connected duration, conversions).

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  • Maintain records of sales activity, pipeline, and client communication in CRM tools.

  • Participate in sales training, team reviews, and strategy meetings.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in Sales/Marketing.

  • Proven experience in EdTech sales or telesales will be an added advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Good negotiation and convincing skills.
