Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities for legal manpower and staffing services.
2. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and market research.
3. Meet HR managers, business owners, procurement teams, and other decision-makers to understand their legal manpower requirements.
4. Present and promote the company's recruitment, staffing, contract manpower, and workforce solutions.
5. Prepare and submit quotations, commercial proposals, and service agreements.
6. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat and additional business.
7. Coordinate with the recruitment/operations team to ensure client manpower requirements are fulfilled on time.
8. Follow up regularly with prospects and clients to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
9. Ensure timely collection of payments and support the team in resolving client issues.
10.Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
