About the Role

Burnix is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate leads, connect with potential clients, and convert inquiries into successful business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.

  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business services.

  • Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into customers.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM/Excel.

  • Coordinate with the operations team for smooth client onboarding.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Good command of Hindi and basic English.

  • Confidence in handling client conversations.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

  • Sales or business development experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
