About the Role
Burnix is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate leads, connect with potential clients, and convert inquiries into successful business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business services.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into customers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth client onboarding.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good command of Hindi and basic English.
Confidence in handling client conversations.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Sales or business development experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
