Compensation:
● Fixed Salary: ₹5 – ₹6 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
● Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
● Conduct cold calling to reach out to prospective working professionals.
● Effectively communicate the value of upskilling and the advantages of various programs.
● Schedule and conduct counseling sessions with interested candidates.
● Guide prospects through the enrollment process and convert leads into admissions.
● Maintain accurate and updated records of all interactions, leads, and conversions in CRM systems. ● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
