We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented EPR Sales Executive to sell Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance services, onboard new clients, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth regulatory compliance.

✅ Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard brands and producers requiring EPR compliance
- Generate leads and convert them into EPR service contracts
- Educate clients on EPR norms, recycling targets, and compliance processes
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, reporting, and execution
- Maintain sales pipeline and submit regular MIS reports
- Build and manage long-term client and partner relationships

✅ Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales and business development skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Ability to explain technical EPR regulations in simple terms
- Client relationship management and retention skills
- Target-oriented mindset with strong closing capability
- Basic understanding of CPCB/SPCB guidelines and compliance processes
- Good coordination and follow-up skills

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or MBA in Sales, Marketing, Environmental Management, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in EPR, sustainability, waste management, or B2B sales is an advantage
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reporting, and CRM tools
