About the Role

Backbone Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Business Development Associate to handle lead generation, client communication, and sales conversions for our consultancy services, including Startup India, seed funding, grants, compliances, registrations, and related services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, messages, social media, and networking.

• Explain company services clearly to potential clients.

• Convert leads into clients and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain client records and follow-up schedules.

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and service delivery.

• Learn product knowledge and improve sales strategies through regular training.

Skills Required

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to work in a target-based environment.

• Basic understanding of business services (training provided).

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven.

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on performance & experience)
