Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
Handle confidential correspondence and communications on behalf of the executive.
Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and stakeholders as needed.
Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Manage and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and messages.
Track and follow up on projects and action items to ensure timely completion.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
Assist in preparing expense reports and other administrative tasks.
Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action points.
