Business Development Executive

Baba Projects Private Limited is looking for a professional, target-oriented Tender Executive to join their team in Ranchi at Bariatu Housing Colony. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze tender documents and identify key submission requirements for government and private sector projects.

• Prepare comprehensive bid proposals, pricing sheets, and compliance documents.

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, legal, and finance teams to compile accurate technical and commercial submissions.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, government policies, and tendering procedures.

• Track and monitor ongoing bids, ensuring all deadlines and compliance criteria are met.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for clarifications and negotiations.

• Prepare post-bid documentation and reports, including cost analysis and bid performance review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in tendering, procurement, or project coordination—preferably in the infrastructure or EPC domain.

• Strong understanding of government e-tendering portals (e.g., CPPP, GEM, state portals).

• Excellent communication, documentation, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word); experience with project management tools is a plus.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
