Acquire new customers for CASA products (Current & Savings Accounts) through field sales and branch referrals
Generate leads via cold calling, market visits, corporate tie-ups, and references
Meet assigned monthly CASA acquisition and revenue targets
Educate customers about banking products, features, benefits, and digital services
Ensure complete KYC documentation and smooth account opening process
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, branch staff, and channel partners
Cross-sell banking products such as Debit Cards, Net Banking, Mobile Banking, POS, CMS
