The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. This role involves direct client interaction, promoting Fixed Deposits, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Promote and sell Fixed Deposit schemes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Assist in achieving individual sales targets.
Maintain a database of prospects and customers.
Provide accurate product information and resolve customer queries.
Participate in promotional activities.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably Business, Finance, or Marketing).
0–2 years of experience in sales or business development (freshers with strong communication skills may be considered).
Basic knowledge of financial products is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to convince and negotiate effectively.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
Willingness to travel for fieldwork.
