Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers

• Understand client requirements and propose appropriate recruitment/advisory solutions

• Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into active clients

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions

• Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely closures

• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

 Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition (preferably in recruitment, consulting, or services industry)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities

• Confident, presentable, and client-focused attitude

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

• Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
