Role Overview

We are looking for a Telecaller who will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting Astroport’s services, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to generate interest and convert leads into successful engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients, partners, and institutions to promote Astroport’s services and offerings.

  • Handle inbound inquiries, provide relevant information, and resolve customer queries.

  • Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes in the database.

  • Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and coordinate with the sales/relationship management team.

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and contribute to sales conversion goals.

  • Build positive relationships with clients to enhance Astroport’s brand image.

  • Share feedback and market insights with the team to improve communication and engagement strategies.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).

  • Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or customer service role preferred.

  • Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage).

  • Persuasive, confident, and target-oriented personality.

  • Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, or call management software).
