Roles and Responsibilities
1)Identify, approach, and engage prospective customers through various lead generation activities.
2)Deliver professional sales presentations .
3)Conduct site tours and personal consultations for prospective clients.
4)Handle customer calls, resolve their queries, and provide solutions to their issues.
5)Follow up with leads and prospects regularly to maximize conversion rates.
6)Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
7)Meet or exceed daily/Weekly/Monthly targets set by the company for sales performance.
8)Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
9)Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
10)Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to improve sales skills.
11)Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
12)Customer-oriented approach with a persuasive, enthusiastic attitude.
13)Goal-driven and self-motivated, with the ability to handle rejection positively.
14)Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
15)Proficiency in English and local languages; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
16)Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
17)Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the sales process.
18)Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities, events, and lead generation campaigns.
19) Maintain complete knowledge of the product, pricing structures, terms & conditions, and competitor offerings.
20) Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the real estate or Interior, Painting and Legal product/service sector.
Mode- Work From Office/Hybrid
Candidates needs to be fluent in English and Hindi and Local Language
Preference will be given to immediate joiners.

Qualifications:
Any 12th/ Bachelor's/ Master degree having Minimum 0–3 years of experience in a sales role (experience in real estate or Interior, Painting and Legal is highly preferred).
