Aswini Integrated Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive net-new customer acquisition and generate new business opportunities for SAP Business One ERP solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and acquiring new logos through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, networking, and field visits. The role requires strong prospecting skills, relationship building, and the ability to coordinate with presales teams to convert opportunities into customers.
Key Responsibilities
New Customer Acquisition
Identify, target, and acquire net-new customers for SAP Business One solutions.
Generate qualified leads across Manufacturing, Pharma, Trading, Distribution, Engineering, and Service industries.
Build a strong pipeline of new logo opportunities.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Generate leads through:
Cold Calling
Email Campaigns
LinkedIn Outreach
Referrals
Networking Events
Industry Associations
Trade Shows & Exhibitions
Research target accounts and key decision-makers.
Sales Activities
Conduct outbound calls and emails daily.
Schedule discovery meetings with prospects.
Understand customer pain points and business requirements.
Coordinate product demonstrations with the BDM/Consulting team.
Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, Owners, Managing Directors, CFOs, Operations Heads, and IT Managers.
Represent the company professionally during client interactions and events.
Travel & Field Sales
Travel to customer locations for meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.
Develop local market opportunities and partnerships.
Reporting & CRM Management
Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records in CRM.
Update daily sales activities and follow-up status.
Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
Provide sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
Required Skills
Sales Skills
Strong B2B Sales and Business Development capabilities.
Experience in cold calling and email prospecting.
Lead generation and qualification expertise.
Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
Fluent in English.
Hindi preferred.
Technical Awareness
Basic understanding of ERP solutions.
Knowledge of SAP Business One, ERP, CRM, Inventory, Finance, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain processes is an advantage.
Qualification
Any Graduate (MBA Marketing preferred).
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, related field.
