The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales or business development, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about achieving sales targets while building strong customer relationships.

Education: Any Graduation / MBA
Languages: English, Hindi & Telugu

Vehicle Requirement: Two-Wheeler (Bike) – Mandatory
CTC: ₹3.0 LPA – ₹4.0 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through various sales channels.
Generate quality leads and convert prospects into customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Conduct field visits, client meetings, and property site visits.
Explain project details, pricing, and offers to prospective customers.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and documentation.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
