Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and managing client accounts. Responsibilities also include maintaining relationships with clients, presenting tailored property solutions, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with the internal team to support business goals.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
Strong Business acumen and Account Management experience.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients.
Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
Familiarity with real estate markets and processes in Bengaluru is an advantage.
