Job Role : We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to generate business leads.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain an updated record of sales activities, pipeline, and client communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
