Position Overview:

As the Sales Head, you will be a key leader responsible for managing the sales team and

driving revenue growth. Reporting directly to upper management, you will play a crucial role in

aligning sales strategies with overall business objectives. Your focus will be on fostering

collaboration with production, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth customer

journey from inquiry to delivery.

Responsibilities:

Sales Team Management:

- Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members for professional development.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement strategies for improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with production, delivery, and marketing teams to streamline the customer

journey and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities and

campaigns.

Customer Insights:

- Gather and analyze customer feedback to provide valuable insights for enhancing the

customer experience.

- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address gaps in the customer

journey.

Sales Strategy Development:

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies in line with company goals.

- Identify emerging trends in the retail segment and implement new sales techniques and

technologies to stay ahead in the market.
