Job Title: Business Development Associate / Lead Generation Specialist Location: Kanpur Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 6 months – 1+ year Key Responsibilities • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients across relevant industries. • Generate leads using a variety of outreach methods including cold calls, email campaigns, social media, and networking events. • Engage and qualify leads through consultative conversations to assess needs and fit. • Schedule product demos, consultations, or discovery meetings for further engagement. • Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and lead status within the CRM system. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to refine outreach strategies and enhance conversion rates. • Consistently meet weekly and monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings scheduled. • Monitor and analyze performance data to suggest improvements in lead generation and conversion. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Confidence and persistence in cold outreach and lead nurturing. • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, or Zoho (preferred). • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized. • Experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development is a strong advantage.
