Job Responsibilities:

  • Visit companies daily for field marketing and business development activities.

  • Promote AMPUG Solutions’ recruitment and staffing services.

  • Generate leads independently through direct company visits.

  • Identify new business opportunities and client requirements.

  • Discuss current and upcoming manpower requirements with clients.

  • Coordinate with the internal recruitment team for closures.

  • Maintain daily visit reports, lead data, and follow-ups.

  • Achieve assigned monthly business development targets.



Working Days & Timings:

  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM



Mandatory Requirements:

  • Two-wheeler (Bike)

  • Valid Driving License (DL)



Language Requirements:

  • English

  • Kannada

  • Hindi



Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: based on Skill and Experience)

  • Incentives:

    • Monthly and quarterly incentive structure

  • TA / Travel Allowance:

    • Local travel allowance provided for official field visits (as per company policy)



Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent communication and convincing skills

  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven

  • Willingness to work in field marketing and client acquisition

  • Prior experience in staffing / B2B sales is an added advantage (freshers can also apply)
