The role focuses on revenue generation through ethical selling practices while maintaining high standards of communication and customer engagement.
Identify potential clients interested in stock market, investment advisory, or trading services.
Contact leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and digital channels.
Present the company’s SEBI-registered advisory services clearly and professionally.
Convert potential leads into paid subscribers/clients.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Conduct need-based sales conversations to match clients with suitable advisory plans.
Follow structured scripts and communication guidelines.
Maintain strong follow-up with prospective clients to drive conversions.
Explain advisory plans, pricing, service workflow, and risk disclosures in a transparent way.
Handle objections and queries effectively.
Adhere strictly to SEBI guidelines and company policies—no guaranteed returns or misleading promises.
Ensure all communication with clients is ethical, transparent, and well documented.
Coordinate with the advisory and compliance teams to maintain regulatory standards.
Maintain records of all interactions in CRM tools.
Provide a smooth onboarding experience to new clients.
Maintain a positive professional relationship with clients to support renewals.
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic understanding of stock market & financial products

Minimum: Graduate, Post Graduation
