Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company's database.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and current offers.
Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Maintain regular communication with prospects to nurture and convert leads into business opportunities.
Update customer interactions and lead status accurately in the CRM system.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely information.
Coordinate effectively with the Sales Team to ensure seamless lead handover.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales process.
