Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern

Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Remote

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern to support our sales team in driving pipeline growth. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client engagement, and sales processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and generating new business opportunities through calls, emails, and social media outreach

  • Support in qualifying inbound and outbound leads

  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in CRM/sheets

  • Follow up with prospects and support relationship-building efforts

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies


Key Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Interest in sales, business development, or client engagement

  • Basic understanding of sales processes (preferred)

  • Comfortable speaking with clients and handling initial interactions

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and research

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Google Sheets

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
