Business Development Executive — Home Interion

About the Role
Home Interion is looking for enthusiastic and ambitious freshers to join our team as Business Development Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and assisting in converting prospects into clients for our residential interior design and turnkey execution services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends in the interior design
sector.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other business development materials.
Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems regularly.
Schedule meetings and coordinate with design and project teams for client presentations.
Support in building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
Achieve set targets and contribute to the overall sales growth of the company.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BBA) or Master’s degree (MBA) — Freshers encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Passion for sales, customer interaction, and the interior design industry.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
