Job Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads for potential franchise partners and business clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to expand business opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify new business trends and opportunities.
Present Kaffibar’s franchise model and services to potential investors.
Assist in negotiating and closing business deals.
Work closely with the marketing team to create business strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in sales or business development (preferred).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Prior experience in the F&B or franchising industry is a plus.
