Job Summary
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships,
and achieving sales targets. This role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their needs,
and offering suitable project/property solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital
platforms.
Handle incoming leads and follow up with prospects via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Explain company projects, pricing, and offerings clearly to potential clients.
Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and follow-up activities in CRM or reporting formats.
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and events.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements
Education: Minimum 12th pass; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
Experience: 0–3 years in sales, real estate, or customer-facing roles (freshers welcome if confident in sales
skills).
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Kannada, Hindi, and English preferred).
