Job Overview:

Dezire Clinic is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales and marketing concepts, particularly inside sales and cold calling. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by connecting with potential clients, building relationships, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate leads and conversions

Conduct cold calling to identify and approach potential clients

Explain services effectively and address client queries

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales

Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities

Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of sales and marketing (inside sales, cold calling)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Prior experience in sales is preferred
