Role Summary
This role is suited for a seasoned sales professional with prior experience in digital marketing agency sales.
You will be responsible for driving revenue through consultative selling, managing the full sales cycle, and closing high-value deals across services such as SEO, paid advertising, and web development.
This is a performance-oriented role with clear revenue accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the end-to-end sales cycle (lead qualification to closure)
Conduct structured discovery calls to understand client business needs
Present tailored solutions across digital marketing services
Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline
Handle negotiations and close deals with a strong commercial understanding
Maintain consistent follow-ups and relationship management
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery alignment
Required Qualifications & Experience
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing / agency sales
Proven track record in closing deals (not just lead handling or support roles)
Experience selling one or more of the following:
SEO services
Performance marketing (Google Ads / Meta Ads)
Website development / digital solutions
Demonstrated ability to handle mid to high-ticket deals (₹30,000 – ₹2,00,000+)
Strong business communication and client-facing skills
Ability to understand client requirements and position value-based solutions
Performance Expectations (KPIs)
Consistent pipeline generation and management
Minimum 4–8 closures per month (depending on deal size)
Monthly revenue contribution aligned with company targets
High conversion ratio from qualified leads
Compensation Structure
Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 (based on experience)
Performance Incentives:
5%–10% per closed deal
Structured incentive slabs for high performers
