About the Role: We are looking for a self-driven and relationship-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage our existing clients, ensure monthly order continuity, and drive consistent payments through relationship-based account handling. This is not just a sales role — it's about building partnerships that last.


Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and retain assigned running clients to ensure monthly repeat orders
• Build long-term trust-based relationships that strengthen business continuity
• Monitor and push for timely payments by following up professionally
• Understand client requirements, suggest appropriate products from Agrosaf’s 1700+ SKUs
• Coordinate with internal departments (Logistics, Billing, Packaging) to ensure seamless execution
• Maintain call logs, CRM entries, and regular engagement updates
• Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to expand order volume
• Resolve client queries with empathy and accountability
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and BRMs to align on regional client performance


✅ Requirements:
• Graduate or Postgraduate in any field (MBA preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or client servicing (preferably pharma/FMCG)
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication in Hindi & English
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools, Excel & email communications
• Should be persuasive, detail-oriented, and result-focused
