We’re Hiring: Government Tender Executive
📍 Location: Agra | 🏢 Department: Institutional & Government Business | 💼 Type: Full-Time
Agrosaf Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is actively expanding its presence in government and institutional markets. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Government Tender Executive who can independently manage government bidding processes and compliances across GeM, CPPP, and other portals.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on knowledge of e-tendering, GeM operations, and strong attention to detail.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Identify and track relevant tenders on GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement portals, and other government platforms
Independently manage GeM product listings, OEM/Brand registration, and catalog management
Coordinate for EMD/BG submission, pricing strategy, pre-bid queries, and documentation
Prepare, compile, and submit complete tender documents as per RFP/RFQ guidelines
Liaise with internal teams (R&D, Accounts, Legal, Sales, Logistics) for compliance documents
Maintain dashboards for submitted tenders, award status, payment follow-ups, and timelines
Communicate with authorities for clarifications, bid updates, and post-bid documentation
🎓 Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in handling government/institutional tender processes
Well-versed in GeM product listing, OEM registration, and tender documentation
Knowledge of DGS&D, procurement policies, tax compliance, e-signatures & DSC usage
Proficiency in Excel, GeM dashboard, and digital submission tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Graduate in Pharma, Public Administration, Commerce, or Business preferred
