Research industries, competitors, and target segments
Build and maintain lead lists
2. Outreach & Communication
Contact prospects via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
Explain Sociovia’s value proposition clearly
Schedule product demos with the sales team
3. Sales Support
Assist in conducting demo sessions
Follow up with leads and collect requirements
Maintain accurate CRM records
4. Market Research
Understand customer pain points
Analyze trends in digital marketing and business needs
5. Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily/weekly reports
Work closely with the sales & marketing team
