We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join the team at Aditya Professional Academy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing relationships with educational institutes and colleges, identifying business opportunities, and driving student engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential clients, including educational institutes and colleges.
Meet with college management teams to discuss collaboration opportunities and develop mutually beneficial business associations.
Plan and execute end-to-end outreach and conversion strategies to engage and attract students.
Coordinate and manage seminars, workshops, and promotional activities conducted at colleges and institutions.
Conduct counselling and guidance sessions for students on behalf of the academy during seminars and campus events.
Build strong institutional relationships to enhance brand presence and generate long-term partnerships.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and student onboarding activities.

Ability to plan, organize, and execute outreach activities independently.
Passion for education, student counselling, and business development.
Prior experience in educational sales, institutional partnerships, or counselling will be an added advantage.
