
To generate new business, expand customer base, and increase revenue by promoting pest control services to residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional clients.
Identify and generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and digital inquiries
Promote services like:
Termite control
Cockroach & rodent control
Mosquito & fly management
Bed bug treatment
General pest management (AMC & one-time services)
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Visit client locations for site inspection and pest assessment
Understand infestation level and suggest appropriate treatment solutions
Explain treatment process, chemicals used, safety measures, and warranty
Coordinate with operations/technical team for feasibility
Prepare service proposals and cost estimates
Negotiate pricing and close deals
Follow up with clients until order confirmation
Ensure proper documentation (agreement, AMC contracts)
Develop relationships with:
Apartments & gated communities
Offices & IT parks
Hotels, restaurants & hospitals
Warehouses, factories & schools
Handle AMC renewals and long-term contracts
Study local market trends and competitor pricing
Identify new business opportunities
Provide feedback to management on customer requirements
Coordinate with service team for timely execution
Ensure customer satisfaction post-service
Handle basic customer complaints and ensure resolution
Collect feedback and upsell additional services
Maintain daily sales activity reports
Update CRM with lead status and customer details
Track conversion ratios and pending follow-ups
Graduate / Diploma (any stream)
Experience: 0–3 years (Pest control / Facility management sales preferred)
Good communication & negotiation skills
Field sales experience is an advantage
Ability to work with targets
Two-wheeler preferred for field work
