Job Title: Pre-Sales Business Development Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Business Development Executive to bridge the gap between prospective clients and the sales team. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, preparing tailored solutions, and supporting the sales process from lead qualification to deal closure.
Responsibilities
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound channels.
• Engage with prospects to understand business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to design customized solutions.
• Create proposals, pitch decks, and commercial documentation.
• Conduct product demos and solution walkthroughs for clients.
• Support negotiations and pricing discussions during the pre-sales stage.
• Track opportunities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer expectations.
Qualifications & Skills
• Graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, or business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and detail-focused.
Preferred Experience
• Experience in IT services, SaaS, or consulting environments.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
