Key Responsibilities:
• Manage outbound and inbound calls with international clients related to Medicare, DME, and Genetic testing services, effectively generating and converting leads.
• Build and maintain robust business relationships while identifying new opportunities for expansion and revenue growth.
• Provide consultative solutions tailored to client healthcare needs and facilitate smooth processing of orders.
• Accurately maintain records of client communication, follow-up activities, and deal closures using CRM tools.
• Consistently meet or exceed performance targets in sales, conversions, and customer satisfaction, qualifying for monthly incentive plans.
